A café born from
love and intention.
Mocha & Miso began in 2019 with a simple belief: that a café should feel like a second home. We wanted warm light, honest food, and coffee that you actually remember.
Inspired by the quiet craftsmanship of Japanese coffee culture and the cosy sensibility of Scandinavian design, every corner of our space has been thought through — from the clay cups to the handwritten seasonal menu on the chalk board.
We source our beans from small-batch farmers in Coorg and Vietnam, our produce from local organic growers, and our baked goods from our in-house kitchen that starts at 5am every morning.

The Perfect Espresso
We've spent six years perfecting a single shot. Our house espresso blend — a 70/30 split of Arabica and Robusta from Coorg and Chikmagalur — is pulled at 9 bars of pressure, 93°C, for exactly 28 seconds. The result is a shot with a thick, tiger-striped crema, notes of dark cherry, and a finish that lingers.

The Milk Pour Ritual
Our baristas train for six months before pouring a cup. Every cappuccino and flat white is finished with freehand latte art — not for decoration, but as a signal of care. When you receive a beautifully poured cup, you know that every detail of your coffee has been attended to.

Our weekend kitchen is a different affair. Our chef, Priya, trained at culinary schools in Tokyo and Paris before coming home to build something local. Her seasonal menus — from stone-fired sourdoughs to coastal seafood linguine — change every week based on what's freshest at the market.
